Swissmem Academy is the training and consulting centre of Swissmem. In our courses, seminars and in-house courses, we impart competences for specialists and managers from industry. Employees from Swissmem member companies benefit from special conditions.

Our training programmes are highly practice-oriented. As a result, participants acquire precisely those competences that they need for the successful performance of a specialist or management task.

We also rely on the blended learning approach, combining different methods for maximum learning success. Blended learning is optimally supported by our online learning platform «MEMcampus», which accompanies participants through the various learning phases and allows them to use all formats (learning videos, learning programmes, online courses, virtual classrooms and also course materials in electronic form) regardless of location and time.
